This class is intense!  30 minutes of conditioning and strengthening the arms and midsection, the back is included! In this class we use heavy (or light) free weights and bands, bosu balls, towels as well as your own body weight!  Of course we modify for all and we also amp it up for athletes!  Take your fitness to a new and fun level!  Tapping out is entirely up to you!

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.  Based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, this exercise system involves full body participation and promotes grace, coordination and keen body awareness.  In this class levels will be offered for beginners to the athletic levels!  We do have a ton of fun in this interactive class!

Each class combines the traditional weight bearing Pilates Mat exercises with highly effective tension release moves using small props such as Franklin mini-balls, blocks, bosu balls and blankets. Learn to activate to your deep core muscles in each movement while developing muscle tone, flexibility and the self-confidence that comes from getting strong and centered. With an emphasis on releasing unnecessary tension and using efficient biomechanics to reduce wear and tear on the joints, your Pilates Mat workout will make you feel light, rocked to your core, lifted and energized for your day! *YOGA MATS ARE AVAILABLE

This gentle yoga / stretching class is for Cross Fit’ers, New Mothers, Desk Warriors, Active adults & Super Seniors (or anyone with Dr. approved order to try yoga) Folks who are looking for a way to re-align, re-lengthen, recover, relieve stress, nourish the body and stretch connective tissue. The class style will vary but will include a gentle warm up followed by longer held stretches and yin like postures. Beginners are welcome. This is an All Levels class.
